West Irbid Municipality names park after Princess Iman

Irbid: The West Irbid Municipality, in northern Jordan, has named one of its rehabilitated parks after Her Royal Highness Princess Iman bint Al Hussein bin Abdullah II.

Mayor Jamal Bataineh said in a statement on Monday that the rehabilitation of the park is part of the municipality’s keenness to provide services in accordance with the plan to provide facilities that are an outlet for citizens.

He added that the park was named after Her Royal Highness Princess Iman bint Al Hussein in honor of her birth, “which is dear to the hearts of Jordanians.”

He pointed out that the municipality will rehabilitate all public parks in the West Irbid District, provide them with toys produced by its factory, and plant them with trees to give them an aesthetic character.
