Western media announced on Sunday evening that US and British forces carried out two airstrikes on the Midi area in Hajjah Governorate, western Yemen.
A security source explained to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that the US-British bombing targeted the Buhais area in Midi District with two raids.
Al-Masirah Channel also reported that US-British bombing targeted the Ras Issa area in Al-Salif District, the largest district of Al-Hodeidah Governorate in western Yemen, with 4 raids.
On July 14, the Houthis announced that the US-British coalition launched a raid on the same area in the west of the country.
The targeting of the Buhais area by US-British forces comes less than 24 hours after an Israeli bombing targeted the port of Hodeidah.
