Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan arrived in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, this Friday evening, on an official visit at the invitation of his counterpart Sameh Shoukry.
According to the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Fidan will hold official discussions within the framework of the two-day visit to discuss developments in the Israeli war on Gaza.
During his visit, Fidan is scheduled to meet his Egyptian counterpart, Sameh Shoukry, and a number of Egyptian officials. He will also visit the League of Arab States to meet its Secretary-General, Ahmed Aboul Gheit. Fidan will discuss with Aboul Gheit the developments of the situation in Palestine and Arab-Turkish relations.
