The Saudi Crown Prince Begins An Official Visit To India


Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman began an official visit to India, following his participation in the G20 summit that began on Saturday in New Delhi.



Today, Monday, an official reception ceremony was held for Bin Salman, in the presence of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.



The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs said: “The Crown Prince met with the President of the Republic of India, Draupadi Murmu, at the Presidential Palace in New Delhi, and an official reception ceremony was held for the Prince in the presence of the Prime Minister of India.”



The Saudi Crown Prince announced on Saturday that a memorandum of understanding had been signed on the sidelines of the G20 meetings, regarding an economic corridor project between India, the Middle East and Europe.



He pointed out: “This project will contribute to developing and rehabilitating the infrastructure, connecting ports, increasing the passage of goods and services, and enhancing trade exchange between the parties concerned.”
