The President of the High Council of State, “Khaled Al-Mashri,” discussed with the United Kingdom’s Ambassador to Libya, “Caroline Hurndall,” the adoption of a roadmap for the executive path of electoral laws by the State and House of Representatives.
According to the media office of the council; The meeting held today, Sunday, in Tripoli, dealt with ensuring that the elections are completed according to the electoral laws resulting from the (6 + 6) committee, given that these results are final and binding, and are not amended except by the joint committee.
The possibility of conducting discussions and dialogues to increase consensus between political parties was also discussed to reach the desired elections, in addition to reviewing the national number system and the administrative record.
