The President of the Communications and Informatics Public Authority, Eng. Abdelbaset Al-Baour, discussed today, Wednesday, with the Italian Ambassador to Libya, Gianluca Alberini, the implementation of several joint projects.
According to the Communications Authority, the meeting discussed the implementation of many joint projects and implementation plans in accordance with the national strategy for communications and aspects of cooperation and partnership between Libya and Italy in the fields of communications, information technology, digital transformation, capacity building and exchange of experiences between the two countries.
The meeting was attended by the Director General of the National Authority for Information Security and Safety, the Director General of the General Department for Sector Development, and the Deputy Director General of the Information Technology Center, in addition to the Director of the Commercial and Economic Office at the Italian Embassy and the Director of the Financial Police Office at the Embassy.
