The High Council of State strongly condemned the armed clashes taking place inside the capital, Tripoli, which caused terror among the security forces and endangered their lives and property in danger and destruction.
In a statement issued today, Tuesday, the Council called on all warring parties to immediately cease fire, prevail over the voice of reason, and resolve problems between them by peaceful and legal means, stressing its firm position and its total rejection of any new wars throughout Libya in general and Tripoli in particular.
