The daughter and sister of the Minister of Oil, Hayan Abdul-Ghani, died in a terrible traffic accident on the Diwaniyah road, after they returned from the burial ceremony of the minister’s father in the Wadi Al-Salam cemetery in Al-Najaf Governorate.
