The Communications and Media Commission calls for exposing the crimes of the Zionist aggression and solidarity with the Lebanese people/Expanded

The Board of Commissioners of the Media Commission called for exposing the crimes of the Zionist aggression and solidarity with the Lebanese people.

A statement by the Communications and Media Commission stated, “During its regular session held today and attended by the head of the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate and head of the Arab Journalists Union, Moayad Al-Lami, the Council called on media institutions and channels to observe the rules of media conduct and refrain from hosting figures who justify the crimes committed by the Zionist aggression against the Lebanese and Palestinian peoples.

The Council stressed the need for these institutions to adhere to professional standards in conveying what the Zionist entity is doing in targeting innocent and safe civilians using internationally prohibited means.

The Board of Commissioners expressed its condemnation of the aggression launched by the Zionist evil machine, appreciating the position of the Iraqi government and political forces in supporting the Lebanese
people and supporting them through urgent relief campaigns with food and medicine.

The Council also stressed the importance of supporting the Lebanese people and supporting them in this conflict through television programs and reports that reveal the crimes of the entity against the Arab peoples.

The Board of Commissioners referred to the statement of the office of the Supreme Religious Authority in Najaf, which condemned the attacks of the Israeli aggression using brutal methods, including the bombing of large numbers of personal communication devices and targeting crowded housing with citizens, including women and children.

The Council affirmed its continued support for the brotherly Lebanese people, while calling on the international community to shoulder its legal and moral responsibilities to stop this brutal aggression against the Palestinian and Lebanese peoples.
