Tripoli: The American Embassy in Libya renewed its call for the necessity of conducting a comprehensive and transparent investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death of political activist Siraj Daghman.
This came during a meeting between the American Ambassador and Envoy to Libya, Richard Norland, and the Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy, Jeremy Brent, in Tripoli on Monday evening, with Osama Al-Said, Director of the Libyan Center for Strategic and Future Studies.
During the meeting, Ambassador Norland offered his country’s deep condolences to the director of the Libya Center for Strategic and Future Studies on the death of their colleague, Daghman.
