Security forces prevent vehicles from entering the center of Karbala Governorate

The security forces participating in implementing the security plan for the visit of the 10th of Muharram in Karbala Governorate began blocking the roads leading to the governorate center in front of vehicles and motorcycles and stopped working on the entry tickets to the governorate.
