ABU DHABI: Saqr Ghobash, Speaker of the Federal National Council (FNC), and Lorenzo Fontana, President of the Chamber of Deputies of the Republic of Italy, convened in Abu Dhabi to discuss strategies for enhancing parliamentary collaboration between the United Arab Emirates and Italy. The meeting focused on strengthening coordination and exchanging views on issues of mutual concern.
According to Emirates News Agency, the discussions took place at the FNC headquarters and covered a wide range of topics, including the potential for exchanging visits, organizing events, and holding bilateral meetings. These initiatives aim to enhance participation in regional and international parliamentary forums.
