Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Russia is considering withdrawing from the “Black Sea Grain Initiative” agreement to export grain, especially since Ukraine uses the corridor to carry out drone attacks.
Putin said, “We are now thinking about a mechanism for getting out of this grain deal. Moreover, the enemy is constantly using these corridors along which ships travel to launch drones and unmanned naval vehicles.”
The Russian President affirmed Moscow’s readiness to export grain to the poorest countries free of charge, indicating that this issue will be discussed with the leaders of African countries.
