The Public Security Directorate (PSD) Sunday stated that a group of people gathered in Petra in the afternoon and attempted to attack transport vehicles.
According to a statement, the PSD spokesperson said the gathering threw stones at security, forcing the police to disperse and arrest several. Investigations into the incident have been initiated to take measures to ensure that it is not repeated in the future.
