The Prime Minister, Muhammad Al-Sudani, announced the opening of the station cooling system in the next two days, which will provide 700 megawatts.
Al-Sudani said in his review of the most prominent details of the semi-annual report of government performance: “The production of electric power rose for the first time in Iraq to 26,000 megawatts.”
He added: “We signed long-term maintenance contracts with international companies, and the General Electric and Siemens contracts are a quantum leap in the maintenance of power stations.”
