Palestinian factions announce fierce battles with Israeli forces north and south of Gaza

The Palestinian factions announced today, Friday, that they are engaging in fierce battles and clashes with the Israeli army forces that are launching a large-scale attack on the Jabalia camp and the surrounding areas.

The “Qassam Brigades”, the military wing of the “Hamas” movement, said in a statement via its channel on “Telegram”: “The Qassam Brigades destroyed a Zionist personnel carrier after targeting it with a “Shawaaz” bomb and a “Yassin 105″ shell, and its crew was killed and wounded west of the city of Beit Lahia, north of the Gaza Strip.”

For its part, “Al-Quds Brigades”, the military wing of the “Islamic Jihad” movement, said via “Telegram”: “Today, Friday, we bombed a gathering of Zionist enemy vehicles and soldiers who penetrated the vicinity of the Civil Administration east of Jabalia with heavy-caliber mortar shells.”

In another statement, the Brigades said: “We are engaged in fierce clashes – from zero distance – with a Zionist infantry force in the “Tawam” area northwest of Gaza.”

“Al-Q
assam” also announced: “After their return from the battle lines, our fighters confirmed the detonation of a tunnel eye in a Zionist infantry engineering force in the Al-Rayyan area east of the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip yesterday afternoon, Thursday, killing and wounding them.”

The Israeli army continues its ground and air operations in the northern Gaza Strip on the 371st day of its war on the Strip, as its forces surrounded the city of Jabalia, its camp, and some of the surrounding areas.
