NCDC discusses the possibility of cooperation with its American counterpart.

The Director General of the National Center for Disease Control (NCDC), Haider Al-Sayeh, discussed with the Head of the American Chamber of Commerce in Libya, Debbie Hurst, aspects of cooperation between the two parts in the health area.

The NCDC stated that the two parts discussed the possibility of cooperation and coordination between the NCDC in Libya and the Center for Disease Control in the USA in the area of the Public Health Emergency Fellowship for the year 2023.

The center added that this cooperation aims to raise the level of health work and is expected to contribute to strengthening national capabilities to face health challenges and enhance rapid and effective response in emergency cases.

The center highlighted that this comes within the framework of a commitment to strengthening international cooperation and exchanging experiences to develop national cadres and achieve the best results in the area of disease control.
