Libyan women’s rugby team participates in the Arab Women’s Championship in Saudi Arabia.Pope Tawadros II: ” We are now building a state .. President Sisi brave leader succeeded in changing course”

The Libyan women’s rugby team will participate in the 4th Arab Women’s Championship, which will be held in Saudi Arabia next month.

The Arab Rugby Federation announced the participation of eight teams in the Arab Rugby Sevens Championship competitions from February 16-17 in Riyadh.

It added that eight Arab federations confirmed the participation of their teams in the championship: Libya, the Emirates, Tunisia, Egypt, Lebanon, Syria, and Jordan, in addition to Saudi Arabia.

Pope Tawadros II, Pope of Alexandria and Patriarch of the Saint Mark Diocese said Egypt is now building a state of citizenship, thus ending previous periods of religious fanaticism.

In videos the Cabinet’s Information and Decision Support (IDSC) published on its website on Wednesday 10/1/2024, as part of meetings held with figures of the Egyptian Church on the occasion of Christmas, Pope Tawadros II said, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi is keen on visiting the Nativity of Christ Cathedral in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) annually to congratulate Egyptian Copts on Christmas, as it has become an annual tradition that Egyptians await.

The pontiff said president Sisi’s win of the recent presidential election establishes a new phase that aims at pressing ahead with implementing all major national projects.

He pointed out to the development leap Egypt achieved over the past period at all levels, including the urban, agricultural, industrial fields.
