His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah sent on Wednesday a cable of condolences to the families of the victims of the conflagration in an apartment building fire in Mangaf, which resulted in the death and injury of dozens.
