Deputy Foreign Minister Ambassador Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah received on Wednesday the Resident Representative of the World Bank Dr. Ziad Nakat, discussing the bilateral relations and means of promoting them to higher levels.
