His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Tuesday sent a cable of condolences to the Russian President Vladimir Putin over the victims of the massive explosion of a gas station in Dagestan that resulted in many deaths and casualties.
In the cable, His Highness the Crown Prince prayed Almighty Allah to bestow mercy on the victims’ souls, wishing speedy recovery to the injured.
