The Amiri Diwan on Wednesday voiced many thanks to all citizens and residents who offered condolence over the demise of Sheikha Soheira Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, widow of Sheikh Fahad Al-Hamad Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah, praying to Allah Almighty to bestow mercy upon her soul and grant her the highest place in paradise.
