His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Thursday a cable of congratulations to US President Joseph Biden, on his country’s 248th Independence Day.
In the cable, His Highness the Amir commended the historic and strategic relations between the two countries, expressing both nations’ keenness to bolster ties and cooperation in all possible domains to serve their mutual interests.
His Highness the Amir wished the American President good health and further progress and development for the United States and its friendly people.
