Kuwait Ambassador to Qatar Khalid Al-Mutairi met on Wednesday with Qatari Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan Al-Muraikhi to discuss Kuwait’s participation in Expo 2023 Doha due in October.
In a statement for KUNA, Ambassador Al-Mutairi said that the meeting was filled with brotherly atmosphere because of the strong relations between Kuwait and Qatar.
He added that both sides discussed bilateral ties and topics of common interest.
on Monday, His Highness the Kuwaiti Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received at Bayan Palace an invitation directed to his Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah from the Amir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim Al-Thani to attend the opening ceremony of Doha Expo 2023 (Green Desert, Better Environment) on October 2.
Qatar’s Ambassador to Kuwait Ali Al-Mahmoud delivered the invitation to his Highness the Crown Prince.
