The President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Faiq Zaidan, received today, Monday, the Assistant Secretary-General of the United Nations for Legal Affairs, Stephen Matthews, and the Special Adviser, Head of the International Investigation Team (UNITAD), Anna Pirro.
A statement by the Supreme Judicial Council stated: ‘Judge Zaidan discussed with UN officials issues related to the work of the United Nations investigation team to enhance accountability for the crimes of ISIS (UNITAD).
