Gaza – Ma’an – The Civil Defense in Gaza reported that the Israeli army is carrying out “systematic destruction of Jabalia in the northern Gaza Strip, using all tools, including explosive robots that it uses to blow up buildings and infrastructure.”
Civil Defense spokesman Major Mahmoud Basal said that the occupation is using robots extensively to cause widespread destruction in Jabalia camp with the aim of emptying it of its residents.
He added, “The occupation refuses to allow the apparatus’ crews or ambulances to reach the area, and transport the injured or the bodies of the martyrs, while there are hundreds of bodies that are still under the rubble until now.”
He pointed out that “hundreds of appeals and calls reach the Civil Defense daily, and the occupation refuses to allow the agencies to move to rescue them.”
The Israeli army has imposed a tight siege on northern Gaza for the 13th consecutive day, amidst intense artillery and air bombardment.
