Iraqi oil falls again despite rising global prices

Iraqi oil prices fell today, Friday, on the sixth day of trading for futures contracts, while Brent and Texas crude prices rose compared to yesterday.

According to data, Basra Heavy crude recorded $72.56 per barrel during today’s trading, while the average recorded $75.76 per barrel, with a change rate of -0.57 for both.

The data also showed a rise in global crude prices, as British Brent crude recorded $79.20, while US West Texas Intermediate crude recorded $75.70 per barrel, by -0.20 and -0.15.
