Haniyeh’s son mourns Sinwar


Abdul Salam Haniyeh, the eldest son of former Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh, published a tweet on Thursday evening in which he confirmed the martyrdom of the movement’s current leader Yahya Sinwar in Rafah in the Gaza Strip.

Abdul Salam Haniyeh said in the tweet: “May God have mercy on you, master of men.. fighting, advancing, not retreating, defending his religion, homeland and honor to spirit and basil, and greet your beloved and brother, Hajj Abu al-Abd.. Goodbye, our beloved Abu Ibrahim.”

The Israeli Army Radio reported that Israeli forces assassinated Sinwar in Rafah.

According to the Israeli Army Radio, the clash with Sinwar took place in Tal al-Sultan in Rafah, and he was wearing a military uniform, along with another field commander.
