The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, “Naglaa Al-Mangoush,” received today, Wednesday, at the Ministry’s office in Tripoli; The new Italian ambassador to Libya, Gianluca Alberini, presented her with a copy of his credentials as his country’s ambassador to Libya.
The Italian ambassador affirmed his country’s support for the efforts made by the government of national unity in general and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in particular in order to achieve stability in all parts of Libya, expressing his country’s keenness to enhance and develop joint cooperation in the interest of the two peoples.
For her part, Foreign Minister Naglaa Al-Mangoush welcomed the new ambassador, wishing him success in performing his duties and the ministry’s readiness to provide him with the necessary assistance.
Al-Mangoush emphasized the depth of relations between the two countries and the role of the two embassies in consolidating cooperation and partnership, by providing services and facilitating procedures for the citizens of the two countries.
