Civil Defense teams put out a fire that broke out in a number of shops in Al-Hussein neighborhood in central Basra.
The Director of Civil Defense in Basra, Brigadier General Tahseen Ali Sari, said: “Three of the small shops in the market in the Hayaniya district of Al-Hussein neighborhood caught fire, and the firefighting teams were able to put them out without extending to other shops, and no human damage was recorded, while material damage was caused to the shops.” .
He pointed out: “The causes of the fire will be determined by the forensic evidence.”
