The mayor of Qarawat Bani Hassan, Ibrahim Assi, said: The occupation army stormed the town, pursued a crane that was working inside the town, and raided a number of construction workshops in different areas. The occupation soldiers intensified their presence in the town, and set up barriers in several neighborhoods with the aim of terrorizing, harassing and provoking the people.
He added that the occupation soldiers severely beat the citizen Sayyaf Marei, causing a fracture in one of his hands. He was transferred to the medical center to receive treatment.
Assi explained that the occupation soldiers vandalized a concrete
slab owned by the citizen Ibrahim Marhi in the ‘Al-Ruwais’ area of ??the town, and confiscated a bicycle and a mobile phone owned by the citizen Tawfiq Marhi.
It is noteworthy that the town of Qarawat Bani Hassan is subjected to almost daily raids and raids, the pursuit of citizens, and the confiscation of their property under the pretext of working in areas classified as ‘C’.
