Erdogan stresses that any cooperation between Israel and NATO must be linked to achieving peace with the Palestinians

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan stressed that all attempts to establish cooperation between NATO and Israel will not be approved until Israel agrees to peace with the Palestinians, stressing that the position on this is clear and announced.

Erdogan said in a speech today after the government meeting in Ankara: Turkey will not change its position towards Israel as long as the policy of massacres, occupation and genocide it is pursuing in Gaza and the Palestinian territories continues.

The Turkish President added: “We stand tall with Palestine even if the oppressors who feed on blood, tears and occupation are disturbed.”

Erdogan stressed that Turkey cannot be lumped into one bloc due to its geographical, human, economic and historical ties, and said: “At a time when our region is constantly on fire, setting new equations in Turkey’s foreign policy is more of a necessity than a choice.”

Erdogan criticized the failure of Western countries to support Ankara with the weapons it requests and said: “The we

Regarding the economic situation in the country, Erdogan announced that the total reserves of the Turkish Central Bank have set a new record by exceeding $148 billion, stressing the continuation of work to reduce inflation levels by the end of this year.

He touched on the signing of an agreement with the Chinese car company BYD with a total value exceeding $1 billion, and said: “We open our doors to all investments and projects that add to our economy through mutual gain.”
