This initiative aligns with UAE leadership’s vision and follows the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the Presidential court, and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department, to enhance judicial and notary services, supporting the competitiveness and investment appeal of Abu Dhabi.
The English Notary Services Bureau cater
s to foreign individuals’ and companies’ legal and administrative needs, making it a crucial milestone for the emirate’s business community. As the first of its kind in the region to exclusively offer notarisation services in English, it eliminates the need to translate official documents into Arabic.
The bureau aims to simplify documentation processes for international companies and foreigners, breaking down language barriers to enable foreign customers to easily access services, saving both time and costs.
Furthermore, the bureau ensures confidentiality and clarity by dealing with documents in their original language. This guarantees privacy and better understanding for non-Arabic-speaking customers, eliminating the need for external translation services.
The initiative also contributes to standardising global business practices, facilitating services in English to align with the language of business and companies.
