Dubai Police, MBRSG to launch diploma in ‘Strategic Partnerships Management’


Dubai: Dubai Police has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government (MBRSG) to strengthen collaboration on several key initiatives, including introducing the first specialised diploma in “Strategic Partnerships Management in Governments” in both Arabic and English.

The collaboration will also see the publishing a bilingual book on “Government Strategic Partnerships,” and conducting workshops for leaders and managers in both the public and private sectors.

The MoU was signed by Major General Ali Ahmad Ghanem, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Community Happiness and Logistics Support at Dubai Police, and Dr. Ali bin Sebaa Al Marri, CEO of the Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government, in the presence of several senior officers from both sides, including Brigadier Badran Al Shamsi, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Academic and Training Affairs, and Brigadier Ali Khalfan Al Mansouri, Director of the General Department for Community Happiness.

anem highlighted the importance of this collaboration, stating, ‘This agreement supports Dubai Police’s strategic vision and the directives of His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdulla Khalifa Al Marri to foster partnerships with the public and private sectors. This is key in advancing government work towards greater efficiency and effectiveness.’

He added that the diploma program will help participants develop critical skills in managing strategic partnerships, enabling them to stay current with global best practices and to drive service improvement and operational integration.

Dr. Ali bin Sebaa Al Marri expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration, noting, “The Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government is committed to empowering future leaders and enhancing the skills of national talent in leadership, strategy, and governance. This partnership with Dubai Police aligns with our goal to offer innovative training and development programs, including the first diploma on strategic partnerships management. Togethe
