Tripoli: The UN Special Representative of the Secretary-General, Abdoulaye Bathily, met yesterday with a delegation of elders, security, and military leaders from Misrata.
‘I stressed the urgent need for a responsible political resolution to address all contentious issues and agree on a new unified government to lead the country’s elections and foster peace, stability, and prosperity,’ Bathily said in a tweet.
