The Basra Operations Command announced the implementation of a search and raid campaign to search for wanted persons and unlicensed weapons in the north of the governorate.
The Command media reported that the operations commander, Major General Saad Mohsen Oreibi, conducted field and inspection tours to the department of responsibility to dry up the sources of terrorism and outlaws and to continue offensive operations, in Al-Deir district and the Katiban area, which resulted in the arrest of wanted persons and unlicensed weapons.
