The Libyan Audit Bureau discussed the observations of the examination and audit work on the activity and performance of the Libyan Foreign Bank for 2022.
The meeting, which was held in the presence of the Director General of the Investment Control Department and the General Manager of the Bank, discussed the extent of response to implementing recommendations to correct deviations and improve performance according to objective plans in line with international standards.
The meeting concluded with the formation of a follow-up team with the bank to implement the recommendations to reach outputs that simulate and strengthen the principles of governance, work guides, and financial statements that achieve clarity and transparency.
