Al-Sayhud Discusses With The Iraqi Ambassador in London Political and Economic Issues And Possibility of Holding Expanded Conferences For Iraqi Competencies

The Secretary-General of (Ajyal Gathering), Deputy Chairman of the Parliamentary Endowments and Tribes Committee, Muhammad Saadoun Al-Sayhoud, discussed with the Iraqi ambassador in London, Jaafar Muhammad Al-Sadr, political, economic and social issues and the possibility of holding expanded conferences for Iraqi competencies.

Al-Sayhoud explained in a press statement today: “The meeting dealt with many important political issues and topics and the solution of economic and social problems,” indicating that “ Al-Sadr family was and still is a religious and political weight that cannot and will not be dispended with, and that the religious and societal legacy of the great philosopher and leader of the nation, Muhammad Baqir al-Sadr will not be forgotten and will remain alive in the nation’s culture and thought no matter how many generations follow him.”

The Secretary-General of the Ajyal praised Al-Sadr’s role in bringing the views of Iraq and the United Kingdom closer together, and expressed his thanks and gratitude to the ambassador for his good reception of the parliamentary delegation.

The two sides discussed many proposals, including the possibility of holding various conferences at all levels for Iraqi competencies present around the world, in Baghdad, due to the successes, achievements and certificates that the Iraqis carry that have spread throughout the world.
