The leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, expressed his surprise at the British Prime Minister’s statements opposing the LGBT community, considering them “politically motivated.”
Al-Sadr said in a comment on his account on the website “I can only stand surprised by the British Prime Minister’s stated opposition to sexual transformation as well as to the LGBT society, and declared his opposition to support it through schools and others, after Britain was one of the largest officially supportive countries of the LGBT society and sexual transformation. “
Al-Sadr added, “The real motives behind the statement are likely to be political, but they have roots, the most important of which is the lack of response of most people to the ideas of the LGBT community, whose bad characteristics have begun to become clear among the people.”
