Al-Mandlawi on the anniversary of the martyrdom of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him): Free peoples derive from his revolution the values of courage and support for the truth

Acting Speaker of the Council of Representatives, Mohsen Al-Mandlawi, offered his sincere condolences and sympathy to the great religious authorities and the Iraqi people, the Arab and Islamic nations, and all the free people in the world, on the occasion of the anniversary of the martyrdom of the Master of Martyrs, Imam Hussein (peace be upon him), his family and his chosen good companions in the immortal epic of Karbala.

Al-Mandlawi said in a statement on Tuesday, ‘We offer our sincere condolences and deepest sympathy to the great authorities, our honorable Iraqi people, the Arab and Islamic nation, and all free peoples, on the anniversary of the martyrdom of the Master of the Youth of Paradise, the grandson of the Noble Messenger (may God bless him and his family and grant them peace), Imam Hussein bin Ali (peace be upon them), and the group of believers who sacrificed their souls beside him (may God be pleased with them all) for the sake of upholding true values and principles and standing up to falsehoo
d wherever it may be.’

Al-Mandlawi stressed: ‘Imam Hussein offered his pure soul for the sake of reform and eliminating corruption, and saved the nation from the most dangerous deviation it has witnessed in its history,’ indicating that free peoples derive from his revolution the values of courage, sacrifice and support for the truth, and that all resistance fighters see in the miracle of the victory of blood over swords steadfastness, patience and inevitable victory, calling on all Muslims in all parts of the world to unite in order to elevate the status of the nation of the Messenger of God, and to mobilize energies to face challenges, while calling on the national forces to work to build a strong and capable nation free of corruption and corrupt people.
