Baghdad -The head of the National State Forces Alliance, Ammar Al-Hakim, appreciated the honorable and principled position of Iraq on the Palestinian issue, which Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani emphasized at the Cairo Peace Summit today, Saturday.
He said in a statement: “With feelings of pride and honor, we appreciate the honorable and principled position of Iraq on the Palestinian issue, which was emphasized by Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani at the Cairo Peace Summit.”
He added, “As we appeal to the Prime Minister to maintain this position in support of our brotherly Palestinian people and to stand with them in their ordeal and their just cause, we urge all brotherly and friendly countries to take the same position and end the suffering of this oppressed people and save them from the clutches of killing, siege, and systematic starvation practiced by Israeli occupation”. /End
