Ajman Ruler Highlights UAE’s Commitment to Healthcare Development


AJMAN: H.H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, underscored the United Arab Emirates’ dedication to advancing its healthcare sector by ensuring the provision of medical services that meet global standards. This commitment extends to both public and private sectors, benefiting citizens, residents, and visitors alike.



According to Emirates News Agency, Sheikh Humaid made these remarks while receiving Sobhi Batterjee, Founder and Chairman of Bait Al Batterjee Group and the Saudi German Health Group, at the Ruler’s Court. The meeting was also attended by H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Ajman Executive Council. Sheikh Humaid emphasized the support healthcare investors receive from the UAE’s leadership, which actively encourages the development of medical complexes and healthcare centers.



The Ruler of Ajman highlighted the vital role played by the private healthcare sector, particularly in addressing chronic and complex medical conditions. He stressed the government’s commitment to supporting projects and initiatives that foster growth in the healthcare domain. Sheikh Humaid also pointed out the presence of numerous colleges and universities in Ajman that specialize in medicine and health sciences, contributing to the sector by offering advanced educational programs and employing expert faculty.



Sobhi Batterjee expressed gratitude for the warm welcome and hospitality extended by the Ruler and Crown Prince of Ajman. He commended their efforts in supporting the health sector and encouraging investment by providing facilities for health projects.
