Abu Janah visits Zawiyah and inspects its health facilities.


Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity and Minister of Health in charge, “Ramadan Abu Janah”, inspected the health facilities in the municipality of Zawiya.

This came during the visit made by “Abu Janah” to the municipality of Zawiya, accompanied by a delegation from the Ministry of Health, to stand on the progress of work in its health facilities and follow up on it, where he was received by the mayor of the municipality and a number of members of the House of Representatives, sheikhs and dignitaries of the city, and officials of the health institutions in the municipality.

According to the official website of the ministry today, Tuesday, the minister inspected the Zawiya complex clinic, which is undergoing comprehensive maintenance and equipment according to the latest medical specifications, to stand on the progress of the equipment work and follow up on it.

On the sidelines of the visit, the Minister of Health held a meeting in the presence of the mayor and members of the municipal c
ouncil, and a number of officials of the health facilities in the municipality, to discuss the problems and bottlenecks facing the provision of medical services, and ways to improve them in the service of citizens.

The meeting was attended by the Director of the Zawiya Health Services Office, the Director of the Zawiya Complex Clinic, the Director of the Zawiya Medical Center, the Director of the Diabetes and Endocrine Treatment Center, the Director of the Kidney Dialysis Center, the Director of the Infertility Treatment Center, the Director of Bir Maamer Rural Hospital, and the Director of the Reference Laboratory.

It is noteworthy that the Zawiya Complex Clinic currently provides medical services partially through outpatient clinics: (internal medicine, children, dentistry, ear, nose and throat, diabetes, surgery, women’s injections, men’s injections, and women’s diseases), until the completion of maintenance work, and the completion of the equipment of the radiology, ophthalmology and medical analysis de
partments to provide integrated primary health care services.
