Under the guidance and patronage of Sheikh Abdulaziz Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, and on the basis of the desire of the department to delight its senior citizen customers and provide them with integrated services that live up to their needs and aspirations, “Take Care of You” initiative was launched, which allows senior citizens to complete the data update service from their places of residence, without the need to visit the department.

Sheikh Abdulaziz Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, said that senior citizens receive exceptional attention and treatment for their special and important position in the Emirati society. He emphasized that the department’s achievements and successes will only be completed with the satisfaction and happiness of all segments of customers, especially senior citizens. This is in line with the guidance of the wise leadership to provide the full care they deserve, offer all facilities, and simplify the procedures for obtaining government services to ensure a better experience and enhance their comfort and happiness, especially the level of their quality of life.

H.E. Eng. Omar Bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulatory, said: “Take Care of You” initiative is one of the most important initiatives launched by the department, as it comes within an integrated package of services directed to the department’s customers of various segments and

requirements. The initiative has been welcomed by senior citizens, which we witnessed during our field tours and visits to stakeholders in their place of residence. These visits were a favorable opportunity to meet with them, get a closer look at their needs, and write down their ideas and visions on the future of services, mechanisms and the methods they prefer to complete their transactions.
