The Security Media Cell announced that a terrorist attempt to target civilians and security forces thwarted, south of Baghdad.

The Security Media Cell stated in a statement: “The detachments of the Iraqi National Intelligence Service, based on accurate intelligence information and in coordination with the army units holding the ground, thwarted a terrorist attempt to target civilians and security forces in Yusufiya district, south of Baghdad, and found a cache of weapons containing an explosive belt and two explosive devices.” / End
