UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres late Tuesday strongly condemned the Israeli aggression that targeted Al-Ahli Arab Hospital in Gaza City, killing hundreds of civilians and wounding many others, including women and children. In a statement, Guterres also denounced the attack on an UNRWA school earlier Tuesday in Al-Maghazi refugee camp in Gaza which killed at least six people. The Secretary-General emphasized that hospitals, clinics, medical personnel, and UN premises are explicitly protected under international law.
