Today’s newspapers follow PM,s emphasis on the importance of adopting economic foundations in the process of restructuring general companies, and in the Minister of Reconstruction’s emphasis during his meeting with Al-Lami on his full support for the press family

Today’s newspapers, Tuesday, focused on Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani’s emphasis on the importance of adopting sound economic and reform foundations in the process of “restructuring general companies” and on the Minister of Reconstruction, Benkin Rikani, confirming during his meeting with the head of Iraqi Journalists Syndicate, Mu’ayyad al-Lami, his full support for the journalistic family and providing all facilities to complete the journalists’ housing project.

Al-Sabah newspaper quoted Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Suani as stressing the importance of adopting sound economic and reform foundations in the process of “restructuring general companies”.

Yesterday, Monday, the Prime Minister chaired the second meeting of the Supreme Committee for Restructuring General Companies, where the efforts made in the field of restructuring some General companies were followed up, within the framework of the general administrative and economic reform that the government is pursuing in its program.

i pointed to the seriousness of the government steps taken within the framework of targeting the reform of the work of General companies, and employing the public sector to contribute strongly to economic development, according to a mechanism that preserves public money and is based on the foundations of a sound economy that supports and activates other sectors.

On the other hand, Al-Sudani chaired a meeting yesterday, Monday, to discuss the file of old brick factories and their impact on urban areas. The meeting discussed the steps to transfer old brick factories from the city of Nahrawan.

The Prime Minister directed the Ministry of Industry to choose alternative areas for those factories that meet the environmental requirements and basic requirements, and are outside the new cities being established. The directive included finding suitable alternative areas in all governorates to build brick factories.

In addition, Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani received the Japanese Ambassador to Iraq, Futoshi M
atsumoto, yesterday, Monday. The meeting witnessed a review of the overall Iraqi-Japanese relations and ways to enhance and develop them in various fields. Al-Sudani stressed, during the meeting, the necessity for the international community and major countries, including Japan, to undertake efforts to stop the aggression and prevent the continuation of the genocide facing our Palestinian people.

Al-Zawraa newspaper, issued by the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate, said that the Minister of Construction, Housing and Municipalities, Benkin Rikani, discussed with the head of the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate, Mu’ayyad Al-Lami, the executive steps for the journalists’ housing project in Baghdad.

The Journalists Syndicate stated in a statement: The Minister of Construction, Housing and Municipalities, Benkin Rikani, received the head of the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate, Mu’ayyad Al-Lami, and devoted the meeting to discussing the executive steps and setting the initial mechanisms and plans to begin building the residenti
al complex for journalists in Baghdad Governorate, which Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani had previously ordered to be allocated.

It added: It was also emphasized during the meeting that this complex should be at a level befitting journalists and their sacrifices in terms of urban and creative aspects, and be a distinguished civilized facade that reflects the government’s interest in the journalistic family and their families in providing them with suitable housing.

The Minister of Construction, Housing and Municipalities, according to the statement, confirmed his full support for the journalistic family and providing all possible facilities to complete this humanitarian project.

For his part, the head of the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate, Mu’ayyad Al-Lami, expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Minister of Construction, Housing and Municipalities for this support and cooperation provided by the ministry, expressing his gratitude to Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani, who ordered the allocati
on of a residential complex for journalists in Baghdad Governorate, based on his belief in the professional and national role of journalists.

Al-Zaman newspaper discussed the returnees from Al-Hol camp and quoted the Strategic Affairs Advisor at the National Security Council, Saeed Al-Jayashi, as saying during the conference launching the community reconciliation project and reintegration of Iraqis returning from Al-Hol camp yesterday that (the government took a courageous decision accompanied by challenges and risks, which is to restore Iraqi families who were swept away by events and circumstances and settled in an area outside Iraq, which is considered a dangerous environment and beyond the control of any state, which is Al-Hol camp),

He added that (the decision is supported by the United Nations Development Program in cooperation with the Ministry of Migration and Displacement, the United States Agency for International Development, the European Union and the Sida organization),

d to return the families from Al-Hol to Al-Jadaa, with a different step, and during the return, many positions and challenges emerged), indicating that (Anbar Governorate is one of the first governorates to embrace these families and received the largest number of them, while the rest of the families of Al-Hol camp were distributed among the rest of the governorates), noting that (there are 13 administrative units in four governorates that received 4,390 returnees from Al-Hol camp after rehabilitation in the camp al-Jadaa),

He continued by saying that (the United Nations has begun supporting returnees from Al-Hol camp, and the support even included deserving families),

He explained that (what concerns us is social readiness and recovery from the problem and return to social cohesion, and everyone lives their lives normally),

He stressed by saying that (the displaced families in Al-Hol camp may not have committed any crime and are victims, but the receiving society, which has endured great pain from terrorism, will feel that these are the cause of the problem, and from here came this fair equation, which is a successful start to address problems that appeared in integration cases for the previous period).

Earlier, the Minister of Migration and Displacement, Evan Faeq Jabro, met with the National Security Advisor, Qasim Al-Araji, to discuss files and issues of common interest, as well as increasing coordination and cooperation between the National Security Chencellry and the Ministry. A statement said that (during the meeting, the support of immigration for the work of the Supreme Security Committee was discussed in order to follow up on the implementation of the security agreement between Iraq and Iran).
