During the past days, the Libyan Intelligence Service participated in rescue and relief efforts, providing aid and assistance to survivors and those affected by floods and torrents in the city of Derna.
A source in the intelligence service told the Libyan News Agency that the agency sent several convoys to the city of Derna, consisting of several crisis management teams, a professional submarine, a special team for tracking dogs, and a communications group.
The source explained that the agency also, with instructions from Lieutenant General Hussein Muhammad Al-Ayeb, sent a convoy of in-kind aid to the affected families in the city of Derna.
