The House of Representatives resumed its official session today, Monday, at the House of Representatives headquarters in the city of Benghazi, headed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Counselor Aguila Saleh.
The Council’s official spokesman, Abdullah Belhaq, said that the Council President presented during the session a briefing on his foreign visit to Turkey and the sisterly Republic of Egypt, the results of the two visits, and the latest developments and political developments.
Belhaq added that the head of the General Authority for Hajj and Umrah, Muhammad Ramadan Khalifa Saleh, took the legal oath during the session before the House of Representatives to carry out his duties assigned to him in accordance with the law, and thus the session was suspended until tomorrow, Tuesday.
