The Basra police arrested a number of suspects on both sides of an armed quarrel in Karmat Ali, north of the province.
The Basra Governorate Police Command stated in a statement today: “The detachments of Al-Hartha Police Department, in conjunction with the emergency regiments, Karmat Ali Police Station, and a force from the Basra Operations Command, arrested suspects from both sides of an armed quarrel and seized weapons and equipment that were used in them.”
